Paul Warren Harris, a resident of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed peacefully from this life on Saturday, April 13, 2024 with his family at his side in McLoud, Oklahoma at the age of 83. Paul was born on May 20, 1940 in Washington DC to Warren Vaughn Harris and Eleanor (Krebs) Harris. Paul grew up in central Oklahoma. Paul served in the US Navy before his medical discharge. Jesse was born on October 2, 1961 in Harrisburg, PA to Bobby Lynn Tipton Sr. and Johnnie Ruth (Moore) Tipton. Jesse was born into a military family.
