Gerren Bowlan, a devoted father, beloved son and brother, passed away May 24,2026, leaving behind a lasting impact on those who knew him. A graduate of Aircraft Aviation Technician at Gordon Cooper and Bethel High School in 2001, no one was quicker with a funny or sarcastic comment and he always had a story to tell. As a father to his stepsons, Kaden Columbus and Zachary Davidson, Gerren poured his heart into their lives, defining his existence through his love for them. He was a hard worker, dedicated to providing for his family. While Gerren often presented a cheerful exterior, he battled the unseen darkness of depression and alcoholism, which gradually engulfed him. Those privileged to know the man before this struggle will forever cherish the memories they created together. My heart is comforted by Jehovah's words to Job at Job 14:15 you will call, and I will answer you. You will long for the work of your hands. I have complete confidence that we will see him in the future.
