James Kevin Cater of Macomb, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2022, in Macomb at the age of 54 years. James Kevin Carter was born on September 30, 1967. He was the son of Jim and Vivian Carter. He married Tiffany Fitzsimmons on November 4, 2006. They were married for fifteen years and have two children, James Jaxon Carter, born on December 9, 2007, and Madyson Brooke Carter, born on January 3, 2010. James was preceded in death by his Parents, Jim and Vivian Carter. James is survived by Tiffany Carter and their two children, Jaxon and Madyson Carter of Shawnee, Oklahoma. A private family service will be held at a later date.
