Ms. Linda Lee Florence Pearson Ehrenberg passed away suddenly in Shawnee, OK on Sunday April 14, 2024, at the age of 75.
Linda was born on 8/29/48 in New Haven, CT to Leonard Albert Pearson and Florence White Pearson. She graduated from Branford High School in 1966. Following her graduation she attended Quinnipiac University in Hamden Ct for one year. Linda worked for the Federal Government Navy ROTC before moving to Florida in the early 70's. At that time, she began working at the University of Florida in Gainesville FL for the Navy ROTC where she met her future husband Master Sergeant John Emil Ehrenberg. In 1978, they welcomed their only son Brian James Ehrenberg at Andrews Air Force Base. They lived in Brussels Belgium for a period of time, while John was stationed there. Eventually they moved to Oklahoma where she worked for Tinker Air Force base until she retired.
Linda was a kind and generous woman. She loved all animals, always had bird feeders and squirrel feeders so she could watch them. She was an avid member of the Midwest City Garden Club and volunteered for hospice for many years.
Linda is survived by her Son, Brian Ehrenberg of OK; Daughter in law Patricia Ehrenberg Ok; Sister Susan Simpson of CT; Niece Amanda Simpson of NH; Grandsons: Kyle Ehrenberg, James Ehrenberg, Jordan Ehrenberg of OK; great nephew Nathan DAmbrosio of NH, Ex-husband John Emil Ehrenberg of OK. She is preceded in death by her mother Florence Pearson of CT; Father Leonard Albert Pearson of CT.
A memorial service will be held on May 4, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Service will be held at Glen Collins Memorial Park & Campground located at 33559 Homer Lane Shawnee, OK 74804. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Linda Lee Ehrenberg's life. Services are under the direction of McElyea & Owens Funeral Group. Condolences can be sent charity of your choice in memory of Linda Lee. The family would like to thank OU Medical and Choice Hospice for all their care they provided.
