Loren Neil Jones, a resident of Shawnee, passed from this life to his eternal reward on December 4, 2025 at the age of 68. Loren was born on December 31,1956 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Earl Jones and Bonna (Redwine) Jones. Loren attended school in Shawnee and following graduation he went to work first as a warehouseman and later he was employed by Iron Tough Fence Company, Loren loved to fish. He was a loving son and brother, and he will be remembered by his many friends and close family. Loren is preceded in death by his father, Earl Jones; his mother, Bonna (Redwine) Jones; and by two sisters,Toni Jones and Theresa Jones. He is survived by a sister, Cleta Jones of Shawnee and Mike Jones of Canada; a niece Michelle Watson of Shawnee, other extended family and many good friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. McElyea & Owens Funeral Group of Shawnee is handling arrangements.
