Obituary

Patrick Allen Burdette, 45, went home to his Heavenly Father on 9/18/25.  Patrick was born in Tulsa OK but grew up and graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 1999. He received his Associates Degree from Oklahoma City Community College. He went to work at Convergys where he met the love of his life, Faith Alene Wallgren. They married July 19th, 2003 in a wedding chapel in OKC, and currently make their home in Chandler OK. His love of dogs was evident with the three they have shared together, Yoga, Zoey and currently with them is Luna Love of 6 years. He was passionate about gardening, brilliant flowers, traveling overseas and here in the good OL'' USA. He was Conservative American who was passionate for the Constitution of the United States especially the 2nd Amendment. He so loved his church, cooking and helping his mother often. Patrick leaves behind his beloved wife Faith and Luna, of the home; and his Mother Sally Burdette of Broken Arrow; his nieces from Edmond, Lauren Ruff, Lainey Ruff and Cate Ruff; his mother's sister, Aunt Jeani from CA and Aunt Ann and children Jenny and Rebecca from Odessa, TX; DeCarla Wallgren, his mother-in-law from Maud; and countless other cousins, nephews, family, in-laws, and friends. He is preceded in death by his Great Grandparents (LT and Elinor Love), his Grandparents (Fritz and Elinor Volker), his Uncle Rick, Brother Brian and Father Denny Burdette and his Father-in-law Monty Wallgren. Viewing is scheduled for Patrick on Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 1pm until 8pm at McElyea & Owens Funeral Group, 5106 N Harrison in Shawnee. A funeral for Patrick will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 2:00pm at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints,1501 E Independence in Shawnee. A committal service and burial will follow immediately at Cummings Cemetery in Maud, Oklahoma under the direction of McElyea & Owens Funeral Group of Shawnee.
