Barbara Sue Scott of Seminole, Oklahoma, passed away on March 2, 2025, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, at the age of 76 years.
Barbara Sue Scott was born on October 6, 1948, in Los Angeles, California. She was the daughter of Jay and Minnie Bell White. She grew up in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she attended Western Heights Public Schools. She married and they moved to Germany. She later moved to Seminole and married Darrell Scott, and they made their home in Seminole. She served her family as a homemaker. She attended the Catholic Church in Seminole. She enjoyed playing cards, gardening, drinking Coke-Cola, and loved spending time with her family. On October 1, 2010, Darrell preceded her in death, and she continued to make Seminole her home.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Donnie Walls; and one brother, Jerry White.
She is survived by one daughter, Penny Ezell and husband Anthony of Prague; one son, Steve Walls and wife Kim of Lawton, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, Tia French of Seminole, Oklahoma, Kord Walls and wife Kelly of Del City, Oklahoma, Katy Walls of Bryson City, North Carolina, Whitney Ezell of Prague, Oklahoma, Peyton Ezell of Prague, and Erin Ezell of Waupaca, Wisconsin; three great grandchildren, Jett French, Maverick Walls, and Maggie Walls; and one sister, Priscilla Grylls of Yukon, Oklahoma.
A Celebration of Life is set for Friday, March 7, 2025, at 11:00 am, at Living Word Church, 3831 North Kickapoo, Shawnee, Oklahoma.
