Kathleen “Crazy Katy” Elizabeth Conner passed away in the early hours of Thursday, March 2, 2023, at her home in Wellston, Oklahoma, at 58 years young.
Crazy Katy was born Kathleen Elizabeth McNeill on September 5, 1964, to Jim McNeill and Diana Lancaster in Torrington, Wyoming.
Crazy Katy was always the life of the party and will undoubtedly be the life of the afterlife party. Katy was a social butterfly, loved life, and was always looking to have a good time wherever she went. She enjoyed going to the casinos, cooking, and spoiling her grandkids with candy and Dr. Pepper treats. She was a fantastic grandma to her eight wonderful grandchildren.
Crazy Katy also loved the holidays. She had a fondness for the Fourth of July because of the fireworks, though, her family would say that she shouldn’t have been trusted with them, and Easter. Early on Easter morning, you could find, or rather, hear Katy singing “Peter Cottontail” at the top of her lungs. Even while she was battling illness, Katy was still determined to enjoy herself by singing along and dancing to her music.
Katy is preceded in death by her father Jim, her mother Diana, and her brother Steven Landreth.
Katy is survived by her husband, Patrick Bradley; daughter, Amanda Conner; sons Brandon McNeill (Lacey Drew McNeill), and Levi Conner; sister, Janet Hopkins, brother, Patrick McNeill; Eight grandchildren, and many, many friends.
