Kevin Reese Renard

Kevin Reese Renard, a resident of Shawnee, OK, passed away in Shawnee on Friday, November 14, 2025 at the age of 63. Kevin was born on November 4, 1962 in Del Rio, Texas to Ross Anthony "Tony" Renard and Sharon June Hendrix.

Kevin grew up in Oklahoma and Arkansas. He attended Ketchum Public Schools and graduated from Ketchum High School with the class of 1981. Kevin worked primarily as a groundskeeper for Washington Regional Hospital n Fayetteville, Arkansas. He later worked as a groundskeeper with City of Choctaw.

Kevin was married to the love of his life, Lalana Farmer on November 19, 1983 in Norman, Oklahoma.

Kevin loved to fish. He was an avid sports fan, following his Arkansas Razorback teams over the years. He also enjoyed Monday Night Football games. Kevin's church of choice was HIS Church in Meeker, Oklahoma. Kevin was a loving son, brother, husband, father and grandfather and he will be missed by many of his friends and family members.

He is preceded in death by his father, Tony Renard; and by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Lalana Renard of Shawnee; his mother, Sharon Hendrix of Fayetteville, Arkansas; a son, Anthony Renard and wife Pamela of Oklahoma City; his sister Tonya Cooley and husband William Cooley of Hot Springs, Arkansas, a very special brother, David Price of Shawnee; two grandchildren, Hezekiah and Kristina; and a nephew Zach Strasters; as well as other extended family and many good friends.

A memorial service for Kevin will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at HIS Church in Meeker, OK with David Price. Arrangements are entrusted to McElyea & Owens Funeral Group of Shawnee.
