Manual Lee "Dick" Gibbs

Manual Lee “Dick” Gibbs, passed away Monday, August 28, 2023 in Tecumseh, Oklahoma at the age of 77.

Dick was born March 28, 1946 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Ira Mann and Mary Kathleen (Pershica) Gibbs.

He was an avid gardener, storyteller, & loved dirty jokes. He served in Vietnam Veteran as a staff sergeant in the United States Air Force. Dick was a member of Chickasaw Nation Warrior Society. He worked for Sooner Scale Inc. until he retired in 2011.

Dick is preceded in death by his parents, Ira and Kathy Gibbs; Two sisters, Peggy Goff and Mattie Jo Gilbert; Son, Timothy Lee Gibbs.

He is survived by his wife, Donna, married September 6, 1967; Two daughters, Amy and Jeff Hudgins, Tecumseh, OK, Mandy and David Cook, Texas; Son, Nathan and Stephanie Gibbs, Altus, OK; Two sisters, Pat Meyer and Kay Weger; One brother, John and Susie Gibbs; Nine grandchildren, Hannah and Summer Wilson, Alex and Julia Clark, Eric Clark, Samantha and Kyle Fisette, Gwenevere, Emilia, Ophelia and Barrett Gibbs; Two great-grandchildren, Dante Clark and TJ Fisette.
