Peggy Ann Hammond, a resident of Edmond, Oklahoma passed from her earthly life in Oklahoma City, OK on April 18, 2024 at the age of 63. Peggy was born on December 9, 1960 in Chicago, IL to Ronald Jupin and Nancy (Bush) Jupin.
Peggy worked in a variety of jobs. Her recent job was working as a customer service representative in a WalMart deli operation. Peggy grew up as a member of the Catholic Church and her church affiliation was very important to her. She loved caring for her dogs and it was something that brought her great joy. Peggy was a good friend to many people. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother and she will be missed by the many people who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Nancy and Ronald Jupin; and by a brother, Jay Jupin.
Peggy is survived by her daughter, Angela Hodge and husband Dan Witchell of Oklahoma City; 2 sisters Penny Adams and husband Mike of Yukon and Ann Provost of Yukon ; brothers, Don Jupin and wife Sandy of Oklahoma City, Tim Jupin and wife Donna of Norman, and Joe Jupin of California; four grandchildren, Phabien Hammond of Oklahoma City, Delysia Hodge of Noble, OK, Evangelene Hodge of Noble, and Brandon Hodge of Noble; by other extended family, a wonderful work family, and many good friends.
A memorial service for Peggy will be held at a later time. Arrangements are under the direction of McElyea & Owens Funeral Group of Shawnee.
