Reynolds Niles Obituary
RW Niles, a longtime resident of Shawnee, OK passed away in Shawnee, OK on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at the age of 81. RW was born on June 4, 1944 in Seminole County, Oklahoma to Hugh Edward Niles and Violet Elizabeth (Reynolds) Niles.
RW grew up and attended school in Shawnee. After graduating from high school, RW spent 4 years in voice training in college. He later worked for approximately 16 years for Safeway in the early 2000's. RW worked as a trained massage therapist in Little Rock, Arkansas. In 2004, RW married Jeanie Marie Bloesch in Little Rock, Arkansas. RJ was a devoted husband, son, father, and grandfather and he will be missed by the many people who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Jeanie Marie Bloesch of 22 years; both his mother, Violet Elizabeth Niles and his father, Hugh Edward NIles; a brother, Hugh Niles, Jr; and ex-wife, Cleo G Niles.
RW is survived by two sons, Adam and wife Lauran of Perryville, Arkansas, and Aaron Niles of Mission, Kansas; by 2 grandchildren, Cleo Odin Nidon and Lavena Rosalee Nidon; other extended family and many good friends.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. McElyea & Owens Funeral Group of Shawnee is handling arrangements.
