Richard Lee Campbell

Richard "Rick" Lee Campbell, of Shawnee, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2022 in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 65 years young.

Richard was born February 10, 1957 in Coalgate, Oklahoma, to Johnny Lee Campbell and Ellen Rozell (Tisdell) Campbell. After school, Richard went on to work in the oil fields for many years and ultimately retired from the oil fields as a rig supervisor.

Richard loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren and enjoyed being their "Papa". Richard also enjoyed fishing, playing Xbox, and frosty cold, adult beverages.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Ellen Campbell; older brother, John Lee Campbell; and grandson, Justice Campbell.

Richard Lee Campbell is survived by sons Jeremy and Justin Campbell, of Shawnee, Oklahoma; little sister, Linda Sue Clark, of Shawnee, Oklahoma; many grandchildren, and several great- grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the direction of McElyea & Owens Funeral Group and After Life Services.
