Sylvia Wiens entered peacefully into heaven into heaven on December 14th 2025.
Sylvia was born in Oklahoma City on December 19, 1963 to Jimmy Lynn Tanner and Helen Ruth Batt of Shawnee, Oklahoma. Sylvia was raised by her aunt Lily Campbell and Uncle Floyd Campbell. Sylvia is preceded in death by her biological parents: her father, Jimmy Lynn Tanner and mother, Helen Ruth Batt; her adoptive parents, Floyd Campbell and Lily Campbell; her brother, Jimmy Dale Tanner; sister Kay Campbell, brother JR Campbell, and sister, Linda Hoisington.
As a young child Sylvia grew up in Bethel Acres, she has always had a love for animals and people, especially horses and cats. She always loved the outdoors and sunshine.
In 1979 Sylvia attended Bethel Schools & married Randy Wiens of Bethel Acres at Blackburn Baptist Church. They had a daughter, Shannon Wiens; and two sons Randall Shane Wiens and Kyle Wiens. Sylvia also raised her niece, Cari for several years. Sylvia has 6 grandchildren. She leaves behind many cousins & other extended family & friends.
Sylvia's greatest joy in life was raising her family and her niece, Cari. After raising her family, she worked for the Marriott NCED Training Center in Norman as a housekeeper for several years. She loved to cook, clean, work in her flower bed and garden, listen to music and drive. She will be dearly missed.
We love you mom!
