Tracy Joe Hartsfield of Seminole, Oklahoma, passed away on August 8, 2024, in Seminole, Oklahoma, at the age of 73 years.
Tracy Joe Hartsfield was born on November 21, 1950, in Wewoka, Oklahoma. He was the son of Clyde Moore and Dorothy (Blanton). And was adopted by Houston M. Hartsfield. He grew up in Wewoka Public Schools. On August 11, 1971, he entered the United States Army serving until 1975. Following his discharge, he moved back to Wewoka, Oklahoma, where he began his career as a heavy equipment operator. In 1985 he moved to Seminole, Oklahoma. He was an avid fisherman and was always there for loved ones and friends in need.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Ted Hartsfield; various family members.
He is survived by his daughter, Leandra Brown of Shawnee, Oklahoma; one son, Stephen Kilgore of Wewoka, Oklahoma; one brother, Harlen Hartsfield of California, Missouri; one sister, Etta Clark of Lake Ozark, Missouri; three grandchildren, Tierra Coon of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Tristan Hooper of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Kaysen Brown of Shawnee, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
